Ive gone to purchase them for parties and have gotten them for around $175. Being an auditor I recently attended some pub stocktakes and they valued the full kegs at cost between $130 and $150

my homebrew shop stocked the sars up until a few months ago, I asked about it and he said they dont make it anymore, supposedly us queenslanders were the only people who drank it and it just wasnt a popular enough line for the manufacturer.

Your yeast wont die, you might just end up with a bit of a fruity flavour if its brewed outside of recommended temps for the yeast.

It's Belgian Time - Brewferm Kits

Since grain and grape are having 20% off Brewferm Kits this month I decided its time to give these interesting products a go.

I got the Triple, Grand Cru and Gallia, anyone tried these or recommend some good adjuncts to add to them apart from the candy sugar?

Splitting gas line

Been wondering if it is possible to split the gas line. Not necessarily at different pressures, just have 2 kegs being gassed / pouring pressure at the same time.

Fermenter Disaster

While moving my fermenter last night I caught the tap on a shelf and of course the whole tap fell off and beer went everywhere! Anybody know a good way to secure the tap better :)

To make matters worse, earlier in the day I found out that my hydrometer definately doesnt bounce.

15% off everything at K-Mart 15/06/06 - 17/06/06

Saw this in the local paper today and I know the K-mart here stocks both starter kits and a reasonable coopers range.

Grand Ridge Brewery Beers

I recently purchased the mixed six pack they offer and would like to know other peoples opinions on the beers. Personally I think I've made better brews with K&K and partials. Out of the six I tried the only one I really liked was their black and tan.
