Coopers brewing sugar
I want to use up some brewing sugar, was thinking of using it to prime my next load of bottles, would i need to use a little bit extra, because of the maltodextrin, or normal amount from one of the plastic measuring thingo's?

heating for secondary ferment
Hey all, how do the bottlers out there keep their batch warm while secondary fermentation (hopefully) occurs? and for how long, 2 weeks?

Hi
If I was to add wood chips (oak etc) to wort would boiling them first sanitise them enough? And would it be best to strain them out b4 adding to fermenter? And would they be ok to use again? anyone tried this??
