Dark lager

made up a rough as guts dark lager, Tooheys Dark Ale can, 2 kgs Coopers LDM on Saflager trub. SG is down to 1.016 from 1.058, would this be alright to bottle? and also, it tastes a bit bland out of the primary, any suggestions to flavour it up a bit before i bottle(dry hop etc)?

What temperature did you ferment at? How long has it been fermenting? Did you rack? What if any hops have you added so far?

I'd dry hop with some Willamette, 15-20g would be good.

Yeah, 15-20g of Will would be pretty good. Give it a go.

Thanks all, added a bit of left over Saaz and bottled at 1016. I'll see how it goes i guess, might be a "last beer before bed " drop

2kgs of dried malt?!?! thats gonna be strong!

I think the reason its not tasting that good is because its a larger. no amount of hops is going to fix that
