Lol, I put my larger on last night, sitting at a steady 12c and no action yet. I also used a dry enzyme. Glad I saw this thread or I'd be panicking too :P

I'm betting it will take a good 48 hours to get moving.

Drink old batch while reading about a new batch then get in trouble for spending too much time on the PC so I then turn to the 3rd option and shag the Mrs :)

Ha funny thing I was looking for stuff yesterday and came across this web site - http://www.labquipsales.com.au/

I'm after some 1ltr and 2ltr conical flasks for starters. I'll probably grab some other gear too.

OK all done, must say I'm pretty impressed. This little thing is awesome. I opted for the stainless probe to insert into the wort for more accurate temp readings. The guys at Grape and Grain helped me out with a washer, grommet and nut to suit.

I decided to use a pre ventilated case as apposed to a ...

I'm going to use styrian goldings myself in the fresh wort kit I have.

The 250g dry wheat malt is extract.

With regards to the torrefied wheat, it's all much the much. I'd say they've just been puffed then rolled. I don't see there being much difference. I've used the ones that look like popcorn ...

I aim for about 10-15 grams, well at least I will this time. I thouth 30g may be too much so I'm playing with the quantity.

Crush them up in a mortar and pastal if you have one, otherwise try a plastic bag and a rolling pin :)

Sounds good, I'll be sure to add more hops this time also!
