i use a note pad with all the details and a batch number, i then wright this number on all the caps on bottles with a marker pen

how long befor you noticed smell i started a brew on the 19 of this month and a smell has just started not really bad though just dosent smell like beer there is no white scum but i have been told that white scum is normal in some batches

what are the obviouse signs of a brew being infected?

i have been making home brew and want to make ginger beer, will taste transfer between brews from leetched smells in to fermenter

i never have racked befor. how is it done? do u run beer through tap or pour out through top?

how important is it too stir brew thoroughly before letting brew to get going wouldent yeast do there job anyway

my 1st batch has just turned 1, happy birthday to my brew lol have 4 bottles left but too be hounest dont really tell any difference from when it was about 8 weeks old

i havent ever racked my brew and maybey its me but i get no sediment in bottom of bottles (well when i say no sediment i get a fine film of sediment witch i turn through the bottle) beer is still nice and clear
