try some new caps.i use soft drink bottles now,easier to see if they are clean.try 500g of dried malt in your next coopers lager

Interesting . as i am drinking a 3 week old coopers lager 500g ldme 1kg dex.brewed at 30 c and it is quite fine .could prob do with a teabag.

MANGOES
been given heaps of mangoes,
so thought i'd cook some up 6kg
add 3 litres apple juice
few litres of water
bit of dex 500 or 1 kg
100g lactose
brew for a couple of week champers yeast
then bottle like beer..
any thoughts cjust put cooked stuff in fridge 4 the night.
any ideas would be ...

sounds great but also be careful.as pits and the like tend to gather nasty gasses.i did a confined space course a couple of years back ,people have died in seemingly harmless places ,ventilation is good

just enjoying a coopers lager made with 500g powdered malt and 500g glucose.

makes me ask the question what to brew with increasing ambient temps .

drop the kit, use real ginger and lactose...
nah, use the kit, but i'd up the amount of fresh ginger root, 110g isn't much.
you'll probably have to leave this one sit for a while longer than normal in the bottles too, as the artificial sweetener in the kit can be a tad harsh in the first month or ...
