just enjoying a coopers lager made with 500g powdered malt and 500g glucose.
just finished a canadian blonde with be?also ok.
also had a aus pale ale that i enjoyed with be2.
makes me ask the question what to brew with increasing ambient temps .
have a morgans blue mountain and kit 15 in cupboard
and also a morgans golden sheaf wheat beer and kit 10
temps seem to run at 25 at present

If you can keep your fermenter in a cupboard or something enclosed you can just freeze some water bottles and rotate them daily, thats what I do and it keeps the fermenter at a pretty constant 20 deg, I have 2 x 1.5 ltr bottles and change them every morning.

If you haven't got a friendly cupboard to bung your fermenter into, you can always try wrapping it in a towel, pouring some water over the top, and pointing a fan or two at it to cool it by evaporation. It's not ideal, but will do in a pinch... although it's less effective if the ambient humidity is already high.
