I had a Cascade can in, that was still bubbling when I bottled it after 15 days. There were not a lot of bubbles coming through the ailock, but still some just the same. I agonised over when to bottle, but did so at 15 days 1004. Do you think there was not enough live yeast left to fire the bottles


A similar situation happened last time I used a Cascade brew.

What are the differences between yeasts

I have to add a little Soda water to give it a bit of zip, as i don't want to waste 30 bottles of Beer.
