Flat Beer - Yeast ?

Can anybody tell if it my flat beer was caused by the yeat, or waiting too long to bottle, or both. Cascade uses a slow acting Bohemian Yeast.
I had a Cascade can in, that was still bubbling when I bottled it after 15 days. There were not a lot of bubbles coming through the ailock, but still some just the same. I agonised over when to bottle, but did so at 15 days 1004. Do you think there was not enough live yeast left to fire the bottles :?: :?
A similar situation happened last time I used a Cascade brew. :?
What are the differences between yeasts :?:
I have to add a little Soda water to give it a bit of zip, as i don't want to waste 30 bottles of Beer. :roll:

- what did you prime with?
- how long ago?
- in what type of bottles?
- and what temperature are the bottles kept at now?

Give them some time in a warmish environment. 18+, stable temp preferably and as Keg said what did you prime with and how much?

Keep them warm, and rotate the bottles to stir the yeast up a bit.

I primed them with sugar.
But I will try to restir them up and warm them.

how much sugar for how much beer? (the one question i forgot to ask :lol: )

also, don't warm them up too quickly, or too much.. just moving them to a warmer part of the house should be enough.

I use the measure thingy. It is two sided. Large for 750 mil bottles n small end for stubbies. I used the large side for 750's.

It is very unlikely to be an issue with the yeast if it fermented out the beer.
