. . . and alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages other than beer and spirits. Post discussion on recipes, methods, equipment and the like about these drinks here.
This may sound sorta random, but does anyone know a way of making an alcoholic iced tea? I was drinking some Lipton ice tea, and wondered if it could become a refreshing drink that got you wasted.
I realise it must be possible, but i imagine it must hard to get a recipe that tastes ok.
Any help much appreciated.
i cant see how this is possible, fermenting tea...
or at least i cant see it turning in anything good. waht could you do? steep a lot of tea, then mix in dextrose to provide some fermentables?
but if it is possible, it would be bloody good?
i'v heard of people adding tea bags to there fermenter, especially the fruity kind, not something i want to try...knowing me i probably will one day tho
