Bugger!
Latest batch has a lovely kraeusen of ACETOBACTER infection.
My fault, as I forgot to turn down the TempMate before our Cairns trip to CC the batch.
It was fine when we left, not so when we returned.
We live and learn.....

Campden bomb it and call it a sour Belgian!
I don't drink deliberate infections, to quote another brewer who frequents this forum, at least not my own.

No, I'm not one for infections either. Deliberate or otherwise. There seems to be a whole contingent on the other site that go gaga for the stuff, though - maybe you could try swapping it for something over there

Seems as appropriate a thread as any to make the announcement; 2244 yesterday my daughter was born. 3.625kg (about 8lb, in the old money,) 50cm long, happy and healthy. Mrs Bullfrog is heavily fatigued from the 24-hour labour, but is otherwise well and looking forward to coming home.
Well-wishers are welcome to send a bottle of their finest
