Thanks Warra. These were Ales so i wasnt realy lagering. Ill just let these defrost then keg and carb and see how it goes. Cant be too bad.

Just went to check my fermenting fridge and 2 fermenters are frozen. These were conditioning so the ferment was complete. if i defrost then keg and carb will these still be fine?

Ive got B Saaz, Magnum, Cluster, Chinook and Perle in the freezer? The rest are of the english type.

I might brew this tomorrow with JW Trad Ale, JW Light Munich and JW Wheat instead of Weyermann malt. I got cascade and amarillo but what can i sub the NS for?

Bizier i also use a fridge mate. Where abouts do you place your probe? I have been placing my prob to measure the ambient fridge temp not the fermenting beer. As the fridge changes up and down in temp i gather the beer should stay pretty stable.

This has seemed to stop at 1.016. Think thats all im going to get. Brewed this with JW malts but ill be brewing it again with TF Marris otter.

Just an update. The FG has finaly started to drop again. yesterday when i checked it was 1.018 and today is 1.016.

Beer is still sitting at 1.020 My samples are pretty clear so im not sure if there is much yeast left in the beer. I Have another starter of 1469 nearly ready to pitch. Would it be worth pitching some more to get it down?

DrSmurto What FG do you usualy get with 1469 on this recipe. I got this fermenting at the moment. I ended up with a SG of 1.052 as i got a better efficiency. Has been fermenting for 7 days now. I racked this yesterday and it seems to be stuck at around 1.020. Will give it a couple more days. Does ...
