Brown/Clear/Green bottles?

I have been constantly told only to use brown bottles, and have constantly ignored this advice, using predominately green bottles.

As my hb is stored in a dark place - no sunlight at any stage, this shouldn't cause a problem, right?

It won't - as you've guessed the main reason for the use of dark bottles is light causing oxidation.

If there's no light, there won't be any oxidation caused by it, no matter what colour the bottles are.
