To bring this thread to it's origins:
I actually bought 2 of these bottle opener rings from a novelty store for $7 yesterday, purely on the basis that it was so bogan and funny I couldn't resist.

I just tried the bottle opening trick on the front bumper of my 1969 Galaxie, never thought of it before, works a treat.
