to rack or not to rack that is the question
I recently put down a coopers mexican cervaza I used the ol be2 and about 13gs of hallatau hops I had left over from a previous brew Tested it the other day and its sitting close to finishing it primary fermentation . taste is pretty good yet a bit cloudy should I rack it and let it sit a couple of days before or should I lager it for a couple of weeks, I bottle just to clear it up a bit or just bottle it on the weekend? I suppose it all up to me eh? but has anyone ever lagered a cervaza and for how long do I keep it in the fridge at 5c
