consider yourself lucky.

i thought the punchline was going to be that you had a fermenter full of your best brew in the boot that no insurer could reconstitute.

there are those who believe that any event that results in a greater sum of fine beer is a desired event...

For all those in adelaide

it was on marion rd down around marion area...

i was coming home after picking up a car battery from my mechanic..

went through a green stop light and then all of a sudden this lady turns into my path, it look like she was stopping so i swerved as i had no distance to break without having a head on crash... but she kept going and got me in the side.

it spun my car 180*

wrote of my 1988 holden astra which had only done 140,000km which is bugger all for an almost immaculate 20 year old car.

as well as beer i might get a new car out of this though... and i only hurt my shoulder a little bit when the centre pillar smashed into me... apart from that my day off work has been great.

You should get enough money from insurance to buy a moped, or maybe a skateboard.

Trade your GF in on a new model..........

6 Pack  Slab or Carton/Case(NSW talk) minimum
A homebrew is like a fart, only the brewer thinks it's great.

mate. Get yourself checked out. Seriously I deal with car accidents all the time and whip lash is a shitter as it can effect you without you knowing it. 2, 5 or 10 years down the track you'll thank yourself if you get it checked out now and don't have migraines or a bung neck or back to ruin your life. Mandatory rego third party insurance is there to take up the tab and as you pay every year for the stuff, you may as well use it when you do get in an accident.

P.S. I reckon you've done o.k. out of your GF buying you your fav beer. Milk it for all its worth. Honey my shoulders still sore can you take out the garbage.....

This is your chance at the big money, so really bung it on. At the very least, I`d be hiring a wheelchair and turning up at the lawyers in that. Don`t waste your time hiring crutches, they don`t have the same visual effect

Yeah, just what we need...........more useless bastards bludging off the rest of us making it hard or impossible for the genuine cases, insurance companies are not fair game as some would believe, the reason they are hated so much is because they have to contend with lying, cheating, bludging freeloaders who rip the system which is financed by us... the honest ones.
I know you are probably only dicking around, but just drop it!
