Hi Cheeno,
The blogspot websites are great. After building websites for my own use for about 7 years I've never seen an easier system for setting up a personal or professional site.
With a bit of modificiation you can change the blog format and turn it into a standard site as well.
I love it and now have 5 different ones for different needs from advertising my business to beer blogging.....
with a rap like that you'd think I work for these guys
