I would like to try and brew the style of beer listed here.

Can someone suggest a kit that I could try? I was thinking maybe of the Coopers Dark Ale although its an Ale, not a lager like the Smokey Bishop.

How about a regular lager plus one of the Morgan's Chocolate Master blend tins?

I doubt that you can get the light toasty sweet flavor of a Munich malt mash out of a kit, but you might be able get close enough.
