we put together two batchs of beer yesterday the brew day went well
this morning i retuned to do some of the unexiting duties of brewing
like scoring out all of my stainless vessels after leaving them to soak in a caustic solution overnight
the bummer part of this post is that the winsor ale batch was really fermenting but the 34/70 brew was at idle
the backround to this dilemma is i used some old yeast from a pro brewer mate but left it too long after recieveing it from him
so the executive vote was to rehydrate 250 grams of diamond lager yeast and repitch it this morning
i am sure that it will get away
but now have two lager strains in the brew
owell they should be happy @ 10 degress
will have to reserve some for future brewing
200 litres @ 1045 green bullet hopped
also ferment hopped
