well i am going to use

can of cheap brewiser wheat beer ($5) big w
wheat beer kit from h/b shop(500gm wheat malt)
(400gm dextros )
(100gm corn syrup)
and add 100gm lme
and extra 100gm corn syrup
and wheat yeast from h/b shop
and never having made it before am hoping i do it right

yeh said the same but i want to use the correct yeast it makes a better tasting beer i stopped using the can yeast last year and the taste is excellent and if you ferment at the right temp you can make lager in winter at the lower temp

have used coopers before a good ale, but this says its an australian bitter the brand is brewmakers

the oakleigh hbs has coopers brewmaster but not on the shelf you have to ask for them they are kept in the store room .....they really have a problem with coopers
