Bump.

Is anyone able to help the author of the famous Wassa's Honey Porter?

I haven't seen much strawberry clover to be honest, let alone honey.

I would go for an orange blossom or basically anything non-eucalyptus-ish (before you go there) if you are after a substitute. Strawberry clover honey is going to be very sweet and finish very delicate provided fermentation is controlled.

ED: I should have said I assume "Strawberry clover honey is going to be very sweet..." I know nothing about it other than pulling the flowers apart for the the nectar as a kid, and remembering them being sweet with a nice aroma.
