Bulk Priming with honey

Post by Pom »

Guys, never used honey to bulk prime with before. Im trying and american style wheat beer but with a heap of honey and want to bulk prime with it as well. In a 23l brew i was going to use 280 - 300g of honey, boiled in some water for 10mins. Does that sound ok for a meduim carbonated beer?
Cheers Rob
P.S Is there any way of adding honey into your carbonation cal. on beersmith?
