after fermentation

when fermentation is finished and I am ready to bottle,how far up the bottle do i pour,//

If you're using a little bottler, (hard tube with valve on the end), you fill up the bottle all the way and the space occupied by the tube is exactly right to leave the right amount of headspace.

Make sure you use a little bottler definitely, I use the one with the blue end on it and is spring loaded.
