I put down a Coopers Bavarian with BE1 and extra Saaz 3 weeks ago.
I pitched a Saflager and sat the fermenter in the fridge at 12 degrees. After about a week and a half I racked it into a secondary and put it back in the fridge. I got it out yesterday to bottle and it still appears to be fermenting.
There is no krausen, but there is condensation and the airlock is bubbling every 2 mins. The hydrometer calls it at 1010.
What do you think, put it back in the fridge?
I will take another hydro reading today and if iti is still 1010 I might bottle it.
Three weeks and still bubbling!!
Re: Three weeks and still bubbling!!
After 3 weeks, and at 1010 I'd say it's done.
How long has it been at 1010?
If it's at least 2 or 3 days, go ahead and bottle.
The residual bubbling every 2 minutes or so is CO² coming out of solution. It doesn't mean fermentation is still ongoing.

Re: Three weeks and still bubbling!!
I bottled it...
It was still sitting at 1010, I tested it a week ago and it was 1010-1012, yesterday it was 1010 so I reckon it's finished.
I will let you know in about 4 weeks, unless I wake up one morning to a flood of beer.
It is in plastic bottles so it will be ok.
Hmmm Beer flood

Re: Three weeks and still bubbling!!
You'll be fine, and have no worries.
Enjoy the beer.
(oops, excuse me, I just burped from an IPA brewed about 4 weeks ago, to 50 IBU's, glorious beer)
