In the process of doing may second brew with grain currently have 500g Crystal malt in 3l of water at 65C in an esky.

Recipe will be:
Black Rock East Indian Pale Ale
500g Crystal malt
750g LME
250g Dextrose
250g Corn Syrup
15-20g Goldings in boil 15-20 min
10g Goldings 1-2 min
Yeast start from Wyeast London 1028

Leave out the corn syrup. The crystal will give you more than enough body. 500g is maybe too much crystal.
