Two Can Brew - Coopers Draught and Ginger Beer

Post by shamus2 »

Does anyone know how this would go? I don't think the hops in the kit would go very well with the ginger beer... or would it?

anyone ever tried it?

I thought there was a recipe for a cream ale on here somewhere that used part of a can of ginger beer, but I can't seem to find it.

Never done it myself but you shoudn't have a problem. Commerical alcoholic ginger beer has hops in it. Plus there is the ginger wine in some beer mixture too. The only problem is that the Coopers ginger beer kit isn't that great.
