cider problem

my fist cider is in the fermenter bubbling away
but i have a problem
at the start i added abuot 1.5kg of apples but i
dont have a juicer so i put them in the blender
and put them staight in
but now i have an inch thick layer of apple pulp
floating on top
will it settle as it ferments?
or will it cause problems when its time to bottle?
can anyone help me?
