For the amount of work that's involved to clean and sterilize the fermenter and bottles, bottle and wait for the result plus your already buying new yeast I'm amazed your even considering saving $7 for the risk. Use the bloody stuff as fertilizer on the vegie patch. You might get $30 worth of tomatoes
Why not give the m a try? Seriously who decides best by dates considering evrything is sealed. The only suspect thing would be the yeast and that can be tested.
the brew enhancer should definitely be ok. the cider? open the can and take a smell. if it smells right, it's probably fine. i wouldn't trust the yeast though, as mentioned.
