This time round i decided to use the kit yeast (coopers bavarian lager).
Also as of today im geting a very strong smell from my brew ive never experenced such a strong smell with pervious brews...
The good news is there is a growing amount of condensation on the lid...
it's also it formed a thick top much like the photo in this link...

should i add more yeast?, when is too late to add yeast?
is it bad to open fermentator (release air pressure) to check on progress?
i poured out a small sample to check the brew, its very cloudy almost milky is this normal?
