rehydrating yeasts

Post by Copperhead Deb »

Hi one and all ! I apologise straight up if I am going over old ground. I am after info relating to the right quanity of water to rehydrate dry yeast. Is it 1ml per gram ? I forget, and the temp ? ( not that I have a thermometer, just roughly) See what happens when you dont brew for awhile..... oh well. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help

Also msg for Damon, in Tas. I may be able to help with supplies getting delivered, save petrol money if you are interested ?

Cheers CD
