Hi all

Just bought my spanking new Coopers micro kit. Am like a kid in a lolly shop. Have been reading with interest this site, and am wondering about the brew sugar they give you (standard Cooppers brew sugar) have read that I should use dextrose or something else, as the standard is not much chop...any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated ??

Cheers

Welcome Phil

Use the brewing sugar for bottle priming

For the brewing, try one of the Coopers brew enhancers or go all malt

It's a fun learning process ..................... remember, sanitation, temperature control and you are off to a great start

Cheers

Go all malt! It makes a world of difference. Dextrose/brewing sugars/white sugar are not nearly as good. I wish that I'd been told this earlier when I first started.

Also, read the post near the top of the forum called:
