Just racked a brew on Friday, now have to fly out to work this Friday for two/three weeks. Wonderig if the racking experts would leave it as is or bottle Thursday. All looks good FG etc etc

If it were me and I was happy that it had cleared and finished fermenting then I would bottle it so that I could try it when I got back :)

go for it,
just dont leave it somewhere where it will make a mess if there are a few bottle bombs. if there is no one to clean it if for 3 weeks, it could be messy.

Me being me, i would bottle it, then put it away for 3 months and then think what a great beer it is.

Then again I don't even sample my brews till they have been in the bottle for a minimum of 2 months and usually not until they are 3.

Leave it. No beer ever suffers from time in secondary. Give some time for it to clear, resolve flavour issues, fully ferment out, aroma hops to completely permeate, etc.
