The first brew fridge beer has been bottled!!

Post by HARMSY »

Well I bottled my first brewfridge beer this morning, Knappstein Larger, after 2weeks on primary a couple of days rest then 2 weeks of racking with 25gm of nelson dry hopped it came out of the fermentor crystal clear and tasted great!!!! I can't wait for it to carb up, hopefully my first attempt at bulk priming worked....

After starting with 24lt, then racking and bulk priming I lost about 4lt which is what I allowed for. Fingers crossed!

After doing two gravity tests, draining a little to clear the tap, then the left over after racking and then dry hopping I don't think it's too bad.
