Per Mick's request in the lotto thread. The choc wheat was originally intended to be choc chit but I grabbed the wrong bag from the freezer and didn't realize till much later but the wheat adds a nice note to it. I'm not sure you can get choc chit anymore in any case.
Recipe: 087 Choc Porter
Style: Brown Porter
TYPE: Extract
Steep grain in 4L of water at 67c for 45 min. Sparge with 2L of water.
Boil liquor, maltodextrine and add hops at flame out.

It was a choc spec malt that is no longer being produced. If you're interested and do a call around some LHBS somewhere may still have some but Craftbrewer is out of stock.
