I bought a 1 micron filter the other day to filter the beer with but got the one for kegging and not gravity fed and i am not sure what this means?

The guy i got it from sent me this and i have no idea what it means.

screw in a straight 3/4" bsp to 13mm barb director fitting...

BSP? Barb Director fitting?

British Standard Pipe if memory serves.

It's a tapered thread using a lot in plumbing and pressure pipe applications.
