With so many beers from the world here in OZ now and a fair few I'm unsure how to pronounce. So instead of me looking like a douche how about telling us all how you say the beers name. Im sure a few here will have differing opinions on some too.
I'll start it off with a common one.
Hoegarrden........Who'Garden

Hoegaarden is Flemish, so the pronunciation is very difficult for any who are unable to pronounce a soft "g".
As a born Dutchman, I have a walk up advantage.
Hoo - as in the hoo out of chook
g - soft g as in the ch in the scottish loch
are - just like the english I am, you are, we are etc
dun - but pronounce it more like a cross between dun and den
There now, wasn't that easy?

The g is soft, like in the scottish ch in loch
The ch is silent in the Dutch pronunciation of this beer.
The r is prominent, like the scottish pronounce their r.
So: soft g - rrrrrrrrrrrr - ols
