cloudy larger

i been using youngs brew larger starter kit fermintation took about 6 days so i added youngs finnings which should take 2 days but my larger is still cloudy any suggestions on how to clear this (excuse the pun)
its rude not 2

I would rack it and leave it in the secondary fermenter for another week. Lagers do usually need to be racked :wink:

And wack it in the fridge after the week in secondary for another month or so before bottling. You'll find the beer should clear nicely.

this is my first go at brewing my own larger. so wat does racking mean
its rude not 2

Racking is transfering the beer into another fermenter leaving the sedinment behind in the first one, you'll need a length of food grade tube for this, and try not to let the wort splash around. This is easily avoided by letting it swirl around in a circular motion when transfering to the secondary fermenter :)

I just want to know if it was Cumulus or a Nimbus causing the problem. :roll: 8)

to be honest not sure wats causing the problem, just checked the larger after 4 days finnings and its has started to clear really well
its rude not 2
