Raw Sugar for Carbonating???
Has anyone used Raw Sugar for Carbonating? If so, how does it go? Id imagine it would make the beer taste a little different?

Re: Raw Sugar for Carbonating???
Haven't used it
Raw Sugar has a larger Molassas content than White refined sugar, would expect a darker beer and a sweet after taste, probably take longer to prime also.

It's nice when you're doing ESB's, milds and stouts - not my cup of tea when I'm doing APA's though.Clean Brewer wrote:Has anyone used Raw Sugar for Carbonating? If so, how does it go? Id imagine it would make the beer taste a little different?
