i brew on the back patio. I've done 15 batches since starting in Nov 2006 and haven't had an infection yet. now that I said that, the current one will probably go off...

I got my 8yo to hold the hot can whilst the contents trickled into fermenter. Of course he automaticly droped the whole can into the fermenter. But the beer turned out fine.
