Bitter and Twisted Beer Festival

Post by Liz E »

Has anyone been to one of these before? Was it worth the ticket price?

Apparently plans are in place to hold this event at Morpeth NSW from 02 - 04 Nov'07. A dedicated website is expected to be up and running on Aug 6 but I don't know where tickets can be purchased.

A six pack a week?

They need to redefine a "year of beer!"

My Wife and I were planning to go, except that according to the organisers the nearest campsite is a caravan park in Maitland...

Now I for one don't want to spend the day drinking in various forms then have to worry about driving back to camp in Maitland.

Oh well, I hope the organisers take this on board for future events (Yes we did explain it to them)

Just think of the opportunities for a rural land owner in Morpeth... a few portaloo's $25 per head per night....
