All i can think of is the City Oval, was a pub now a big motel pub thingy.
They've spent a fair bit on turning it into an upper class deal.

Rysa, one of my rellies tells me it`s Craigs in Lydiard St. Apparently they`ve restored it all to the Federation era. You should go and have a squiz.

Yeah i would guess its Craigs too - was a pretty spectacular building from my memory - but i'm guessing a pot wouldn't be cheap

Yeah they took ages to do that, stayed there the night of our wedding two years ago and they were mid reno.
Looked bloody good though.

And yes, never again.
