I tried my Southern Lager wetpak last night, best beer ever. I really loved the Classic Oak Ale but I think the Souther Lager has it beat. About to order another wetpak, probably a Southern Lager again while the weather is still cool. Can't speak higly enough of the TCB Wetpaks.

I did the Summer Wheat wetpak last year. I was expecting a hoegaarden, but was completely different. A lovely golden colour, which got darker as it aged.
It's up there as one of my top 5 best beers I've brewed. Bloody sensational. Tried other brewers wetpaks which have all been great too.

Just bottled an APA last week and nearly drank it all straight from the fermenter!! The best sip from the hydrometer tube i've tasted yet.

Now just gotta sit it out till it's ready. Got the pack for $22 too!!

has anyone done the porter before? I got one when i was down in sydney. its been in the bottle since the middle of janurary and its only really starting to get good now. the hop flavour was so intense for a while there, my mates called it the fruit salad beer.
its great now that the flavours have settled down. anyone know what kind of hops it is? its a very distinct flavour that ive never tasted in a commercial beer before.

How the hell did you swindle that? $22 for a wetpak is great value.

Never tried the Summer Wheat, I took the safe option and ordered another Southern Lager. I'll bet by bottom dollar you've got a quality drop though. Let us know how it turns out.
