I brew, and I also....

Post by drtom »

Hi All,

I notice incidentally, from occasional mentions of bread, and knowing where in the supermarket to find stuff, that some people here concentrate on brewing, and others are all out foodies.

For my own part, I love to cook, and generally bake my own bread. If I really want to treat myself, I invite lots of people round, and cook something special. (Currently up there: Egyptian eggs - you boil eggs, then shell them, roll them in flour and deep fry them. Roll them in dukkah (a mix of spices and sesame seeds), and serve with extra.)

How about you?

I'm all about the beer, but I enjoy good food. Tom, Dukkah is a long time favourite of mine, bring it on!
