Hi guys, like HUNTSY I am hoping to make a low alcohol brew but also with flavour/body(yeah I know its a big ask) Would a Coopers kit, no dex added but with 500gram Light Malt Powder give a reasonable beer??

Yes. Hardly "light" though. It'd be around the 4% mark I think.
