homebrewandbeer.com afl tipping

Post by steve_n »

i was thinking maybe the forum should have an afl tipping competition. optus runs a pretty simple competition where a specific competition for this site could be set up. does anyone think this would be worth doing?

okay, i've created the competition. one voice of approval is enough for me to run with an idea :)

register to tip at: http://footytips.optuszoo.com.au/

and then join the following competition...
competition name: homebrewandbeer.com
password: beerski

i figure bragging rights are always fun!

GO SAINTS!

Yeah mate I'll have a go. I have to admit though I'm more of a NRL fan than an AFL fan. Perhaps starting an NRL one would be good too.

If we've got one each for both AFL & NRL, can we get combined rankings?

Cheers,

I'm in for both...

Everyone should have a go at both.

I know sweet FA about AFL living in NRL heartland, but I will have a go.

Hopefully they will have an A-League one next season too, as I am hooked with the soccer (Football).

Gregb, if we have a combined top score, I am sure bragging rights will prevail compared to someone who chooses only one comp.

Cheers

What is going on in WA?? Do you have to have a DUI before playing for them?? and I don't mean Freo.

Yes I am dirty at Sydney losing  , but fair dinkum these guys are worse than the Bulldogs in the NRL and Craig Gower from the Penrith Panthers.

Definitely in. While the Swans will again face Wet Toast in the Grand Final, the Swannies will win the third, and final 'decider'.

So, tip away but the end game is assured.

Our house in Hornsby, Sydney is a Swans 'haven' in NRL heartland.

Can't wait for this season.

Lethal,

You fluked that one for sure.

Dave is still in front on the AFL tipping. I'm not going too bad IMO considering I'm an NRL boy.

Stephen in the NRL is just in front by one point.......

Cheers

And I damn well forgot to tip again. I'm in three so takes a bit of managing.
