Made some alchoholic ginger beer for my mum and it tastes pretty much like store bought stuff straight out of the fermenter. I'm just wondering how long you would need to leave it in bottles for it to get carbonated properly (does the ginger beer taste different the longer you leave it in bottles? and if so how? I could drink it all day how it is right now if it was cold and a tad more bubbly)
2 weeks in the bottle will get it fizzy. It will round out the flavour over time.

Yeah I think so, but its in a seperate bag thing (the ginger stuff is liquid in a bottle) they say you can add as much as you want. Ingredients say Sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin
