Hi All,
I was thinking of putting down a cider made with apple juice + sugar + safale, when I just spotted in a dark corner of the cupboard a brigalow ginger beer tin that I bought a while back when I saw it on special at the supermarket.
So do you reckon I'd get something (i) nice, (ii) weird, or (iii) nasty if I made up a ginger beer kit with several litres of apple juice?

Ginger beer + apple juice?
Re: Ginger beer + apple juice?
I'm morbidly curious. A lot of boutique ginger beers list apple juice in the ingredients, but I suspect that'd be added after the ferment to try to balance it out a bit.drtom wrote:Hi All,

Good luck!

A homebrew is like a fart, only the brewer thinks it's great.
