Hi all,
Up to about my 10th brew and finding that double kits (no sugar) seem to be working well for me. Creamier texture, fuller body and better head retention.
My biggest disapointment so far has been 3 attempts at wheat beer. Crappy head, questionable taste.
1. Would mixing 2 cans of wheat beer produce an overly bitter beer?
2. Would mixing a can of wheat beer and can of dark beer produce an acceptable dark wheat beer?
Any responses appreciated

Hi,
I've tried 2 so far.
First combining Coopers Dark Ale with Bavarian Lager (sensational)
The one laid down yesterday was Coopers Canadian Blonde * 2, with a a secondary ferment of 500g of Capilano's English Toffee syrup
