I have a Coopers Sparkling Ale kit at home to put down but with this cold weather we are having do you think i should go to my home brew shop and grab a Larger of some sought and put one of them down? I didnt no that you brew larger at colder temps untill i started reading on here. If so what are some Largers that have been tried and tested by you guys and what would you recomend.

The larger the better when it comes to brewing,
if you are asking about which type of LAGER then for a K&K the Morgans Blue Mountain Lager is a pretty good can with a brew booster and a few finishing hops. PS also get yourself a good lager yeast such as Saflager W34/70 and cold ferment 10-12c.

Morgans Blue Mountain is great. Coopers Lager is good providing you "tart" it up with some good finishing hops, some crystal grain and a decent Lager yeast.
Coopers Bavarian Lager is great, Cascade Golden Harvest lager is good, again with hjops and a lager yeast as is Tooheys Lager. The Country Brewers Wals Lager is sensational and their Rapid Creek is ok as well.

I have just been playing around with extra hops and boosting kits. I tell you what you get more flavour then just using plain dextrose or suger. I will have a look at the Morgans Blue Mountain and hopefully the home brew shop has it.
What is the best temp for lager to brew in? what shouldnt i let it get over and under? What will happen if it gets to hot? Do i kill the yeast?

you are best to brew your lagers between 10 to 14 degrees.
With the Blue Mountains i would put it down with 1kg of ultra brew or just 1 kg of dry light malt. Would also add a Hallertau hop teabag using standard method which is make a cup of (using the hop teabag like a teabag)hops and add it and the teabag to you finalk brew. put it down with Saflager and you'll have a world class lager.

My 2c on the lager vs ale.
I was once offered the advice "brew lagers in the winter to drink in summer and ales in summer to drink in winter" a lesson from the good old days before heat packs and refrigerators!
That way it is generally easier to keep temps down for lager yeasts and easier to control ale temps. I found I can put a brew in my side shed and it keeps fairly steady at about 10 degrees.
This winter-summer theory also gives more time for conditioning (if you have the patience!)
