Queensland bitter

Post by zook37 »

The simplest recipes often turn out to be the best.

1 x Morgans Queensland bitter

1kg standard dextrose

1 x cluster hops sachet.

I have done a few brews using cluster hops in the past, but sampled the qld bitter last night (3months in the bottle) And it is unbelievably fresh and crisp. very little lingering taste. This is easily the best "simple" brew I have done to date. Can't see the 29 remaining bottles lasting too long!!

At work we decided to try a budget brew
Black Rock East India Pale Ale
1kg Dextrose
tin yeast

Turned out really nice and only cost about $13
